Coaching is best described as an approach to help you to move from your comfort zone into your growth or potential zone.  This is done by deep and sometimes challenging questions which will help you to understand the "now" and help you to move forward by setting goals and objectives.

    You can develop yourself, your team or business by identifying your strengths and making the most of these.

    I can support this by using Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strengthscope and DISC profiling.  

    I have completed hundreds and hundreds of hours of coaching and have been trained by the Institute of Leadership and Management to Level 7 in Executive Coaching.

    I have been credited with supporting major change both personally and professionally and I do this with patience, and care. I will push you to realise the goals that you are aiming for. 

    My core coaching approach utilises the GROW or CLEAR Coaching Models and backing this up by focusing on your strengths.

    I can work with you at an individual level, or as part of a team or group of colleagues.

    How I will work with you

    Working with me is a simple as these 5 steps!

    1 - An initial informal chat to discuss your challenges, goals and aims.

    2 - Consider any strengths-based solutions, such as MBTI or Strengthscope.

    3 - We will then contract the work.

    4 - I will delivery the coaching or development support.

    5 - Full evaluation will then take place to understand the impact of my support.
